2. Nature of Coaching Services

• Coaching is a professional relationship focused on personal growth, relationship improvement, emotional well-being, and mindset transformation.
• Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice. If you require medical or psychological assistance, we may recommend seeking a licensed professional.
• Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed. Success depends on your willingness to participate, commit, and apply the strategies shared.

3. Eligibility

• Services are intended for adults 18 years and older.
• By enrolling, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

4. Confidentiality

• All personal information shared in sessions is kept strictly confidential, except in situations where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self/others, court orders).
• Group programs maintain confidentiality, but we cannot control what participants may share outside sessions.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Commit to attending scheduled sessions on time.
• Complete action steps, exercises, and practices assigned during coaching.
• Communicate honestly and openly with the coach.
• Take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and outcomes.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

• Fees must be paid as per the agreed terms before sessions/programs begin.
• All payments are non-refundable, as coaching is a commitment-based service.
• Payment plans are available only if agreed upon in writing.

7. Session Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
• Missed sessions without prior notice are considered forfeited.
• In case of emergencies, rescheduling will be handled at the coach’s discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and resources provided (e.g., worksheets, videos, guides) are the intellectual property of Viddya Ragotra Coaching.
• Clients may use them for personal use only and cannot reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The coach will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services.
• Coaching outcomes depend on client effort, and no guarantees are made regarding specific results (e.g., saving a marriage, preventing divorce, financial growth).

10. Termination of Services

• The coach reserves the right to terminate services if the client is disrespectful, unwilling to participate, or violates terms.
• In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

11. Use of Website

• Clients agree not to misuse the website, attempt hacking, or engage in unlawful activities.
• Any testimonials, stories, or feedback shared may be used (anonymously unless consent given) for educational or marketing purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India .Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune
